About Us
Neat Happens provides residential cleaning services – including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning – in Lakewood Ranch, FL and surrounding areas.
Services
We provide cleaning services as scheduled and agreed upon with each customer. Scheduling, pricing, and cancellation details are confirmed directly with you at the time of booking.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Neat Happens. The messages relate to appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, customer support, and – if you have opted in to marketing – special offers and promotions.
Opt-Out & Support. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (941) 384-0285. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at happensneat@gmail.com or (941) 384-0285.
Message Frequency & Rates. Message frequency may vary. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
